MATCH DAY DUTIES.

Clubhouse and Bar.

There will normally be a bar steward on duty. She/He may need some assistance at peak times and will request Team Captains to provide help behind the bar as necessary.

There may be occasions when the bar steward is unavailable. At such times the Captain of the team playing first at Birch Hill will be responsible for the collection of keys, float and opening the Clubhouse.

Captains of teams ‘resident’ in the clubhouse during the open period will be responsible for manning the bar.

Each team is responsible for clearing up their own and oppositions teas and cleaning the relevant tables.

The nominated ‘closing team’ will close and secure the clubhouse in accordance with the procedure in the ‘captains handbook’.
